Students are ranked on the basis of the score they get in these tests and then they are called for GD (Group Discussion) and PI (Personal Interview). In GD students are formed in a group and then they are provided with a topic and asked to discuss about it. Group discussions are basically conducted for filtering out candidates and testing their communication skills. Students who intend to join one of the top B-schools in the country should prepare well for group discussion and cannot take it lightly.
After getting success in GD students are called for PI i.e. Personal Interview. PI is conducted to assess applicant’s communication and confidence. PI is taken by the responsible person of the Institute who is appointed as interviewer. In PI, questions are asked about general awareness and candidate’s educational qualification.
